Dioxin removal electrostatic precipitator
Dioxin removal electrostatic precipitator
The power consumption is less than half that of conventional electrostatic precipitators. A stable low-voltage current can be obtained, allowing for the collection of sub-micron particles and demonstrating excellent removal capabilities for dioxins. We developed a high-performance electrostatic precipitator and obtained a patent in June 2006. Using this electrostatic precipitator is very economical as it can reduce dioxins without the need for slaked lime or activated carbon. We are currently seeking companies for technical assistance contracts. This invention enables stable discharge from the flat electrode by providing an optimal gap distance. The discharge electrode has a blunt angle or a shape close to it, making it resistant to corrosion and capable of maintaining a stable high current over the long term.
